Wow. We're so stoked to have hit the $1 million mark on PledgeMe - but it's not really our success, it's all of yours! So we want to make a celebratory video with the WHOLE PledgeMe crew and say thanks to everyone's crowd.

What exactly does that mean? Well... we want to make a short doco about some of our fantastic successes (you!), hear what you've been up to since you were funded, and give you another chance to tell your crowd how much you love 'em.

And - it's simple. We just want 20 second clips of you!

What we'd like to hear about:
1) What did you do? Have props and be specific! 6 seconds.
2) How much did you raise from how many people?
3) What have you been up to since then?
4) Say thanks to your crowd - be creative!

Things to think about:
·       Make sure you film in landscape.
·       Try and keep the camera on the level. Mount it - or sit it on something. Shaky shots don’t look so flash!
·       Sound quality - don't go into an echo-y space. Get close to the microphone. Don't set the device up to far away - stay close. Carpeted room with curtains are IDEAL. If you're outdoors, make sure it isn't windy.
·       Interesting space - think about your surroundings.
·       Face well lit - no lights behind. We want to see your beautiful faces.
·       Be natural - don't look too forced! We want your normal fabulous-ness to shine through.
·       If there's more than one of you make sure they're all in. Don’t be too adventurous! Probably no more than 3 in shot.
Technical stuff

That’s not all - Remember that time that it snowed in Wellington? We do! Ro Tierney’s ‘Snow in Cuba Mall’ video was both captivating and distinct, and went viral within hours. And get this – he’s agreed to edit the final video with your fine selfs in it. Legendary.

Check out the Snow in Cuba Mall video below.

Finally, if you share / like / tweet your video link, it'll hit up the PledgeMe leader board. There are some basic rewards to say thanks - but really, the biggest reward is getting your gorgeous faces out into the world again giving kudos to your crowd.
Okay team. Get filming!

PledgeMe Out.
